The stock chart for companies that have no stock
OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI and the rest of the private AI giants have no ticker, so they have no chart. This tool builds the chart from the one price signal they do produce: the valuation reported at each funding round. Pick a company and see every reported mark, who reported it, and how fast the number moved.
Why log scale? Reported valuations here run from $100M to $965B, nearly four orders of magnitude. On a linear chart the early rounds flatten into the axis and disappear. A log scale gives every round room, so a jump from $100M to $1B takes the same space as a jump from $10B to $100B. Switch to linear if you want the raw gaps.
You get 2 free chart runs a day. A run is one company chart or one compare chart.

How to read this chart
- Primary round: new money in at a priced round (a Series A, B, C and so on, or a strategic investment). The reported valuation is the post-money figure as reported.
- Tender offer: the company lets employees sell shares at a set price. The price is real, but no new money comes in.
- Secondary sale: existing holders sell to new investors at an agreed price, reported after the fact.
- Reported talks: a reputable outlet reported a round under discussion at a figure. It is charted only so you can see it, it is drawn hollow, and it is labeled talks every time it appears. It is not a closed round.
- Reported revenue (annualized): where the press has reported a run rate or ARR figure with a date, it appears as amber diamonds on the chart and in its own table. It is never mixed into the valuation line, and a company with no reported figure simply has no diamonds. Sparse is honest.
How this was compiled
Each point was taken from a report by a named outlet (Reuters, Bloomberg, CNBC, TechCrunch, The Information, Forbes, company announcements and others) and the outlet and its date sit under every figure. Where outlets disagreed, the chart uses the figure from the strongest report and the disagreement is written next to the point in the table. Rumored rounds with no solid report behind them were left out. Companies that have gone public are not here: they have tickers now, and their chart lives elsewhere.
Nothing on this page is investment advice, and no figure here should be treated as a current price. A private valuation is a single negotiated number from a single day.
